1. Agreement to Terms

By adding RbxYz ("the Bot") to any Discord server, or by interacting with any of its commands or features, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developers of RbxYz ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Bot and remove it from any servers you control.

You must meet Discord's minimum age for your country and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms. Where required by applicable law or Discord's terms, your parent or legal guardian must agree on your behalf.

If you add or configure the Bot in a Discord server, you confirm that you have permission from the server owner or the authority required to do so. Server owners and administrators are responsible for the permissions granted to the Bot, the features they enable, and the use of results within their community.

We may modify these Terms where reasonably necessary to reflect changes to the Bot, connected platforms, security risks, legal requirements, or our operations. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Where reasonably practicable, material changes will be communicated via the Bot, website, or Support Server before they take effect. We may retain dated copies of published versions, which may be requested by email. Your continued use after a revised version takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Features may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued for operational, security, legal, abuse-prevention, capacity, or third-party platform reasons. RbxYz does not provide a guaranteed uptime or service-level commitment. Where practicable, we will provide reasonable notice of a material planned discontinuation.

4. Third-Party Content & Safe Harbor

The Bot retrieves third-party data and files at the express direction of the User. It does not claim ownership of retrieved content. The Bot may temporarily process files and retain limited technical job records, caches, and logs as described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-party content may be incomplete, unavailable, outdated, or inaccurate. You are responsible for how you use results returned from Roblox, Rolimons, Rotector, Top.gg, or any other connected service and for complying with applicable platform rules and laws.

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property

The Bot is intended for lawful personal, informational, and archival use. You are responsible for ensuring that you are authorised to access, download, reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use third-party content. Availability through the Bot does not grant you ownership or a licence from the relevant rights holder.

We do not condone copyright infringement. A copyright complaint should be sent to support@rbxyz.dev and include: identification of the protected work; the content or identifier complained of and enough information for us to locate it; your contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; a statement that the information supplied is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them; and your physical or electronic signature. We may request additional information, restrict relevant functionality, preserve necessary records, or refer the matter to the platform hosting the content. Knowingly false or misleading notices are prohibited.

7. Fair Use & Rate Limiting

The Bot is provided as a free service and its features, including the mass downloader, are intended for reasonable personal use. We may impose proportionate rate limits, usage caps, or throttling based on activity, system capacity, abuse risk, or connected-service restrictions. These controls may take immediate effect where reasonably necessary to protect the Bot, its users, or connected services.

Users who systematically abuse the Bot's features — including but not limited to issuing excessive automated requests, circumventing cooldowns, or using the mass downloader in a manner that risks triggering API bans or rate limits from third-party services — may have their access restricted, suspended, or terminated. Where practicable and the activity does not create an immediate risk, we will provide notice and an opportunity to stop the misuse.

Eligible Top.gg votes may temporarily unlock higher limits or shorter cooldowns. These benefits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, depend on successful verification by Top.gg, and may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn to protect service stability.

Automated, fraudulent, purchased, manipulated, or otherwise invalid votes are prohibited. You must not tamper with vote verification, transfer benefits, or use another person's account to obtain rewards. Related benefits may be withheld or revoked where we reasonably believe abuse has occurred.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE BOT IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE BOT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY THIRD-PARTY DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

DEVEX, RAP, ITEM VALUE, TRADE, AND SIMILAR RESULTS ARE ESTIMATES FOR GENERAL INFORMATION ONLY AND ARE NOT FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TAX, OR LEGAL ADVICE. SAFETY AND ROTECTOR RESULTS ARE THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION, MAY BE INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT, AND MUST NOT REPLACE CONTEXTUAL REVIEW OR HUMAN MODERATION. SERVER OWNERS AND MODERATORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN DECISIONS.

9. Limitation of Liability

THE BOT IS PROVIDED ENTIRELY FREE OF CHARGE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT, GIVEN THE NATURE OF THE SERVICE, THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET OUT IN THIS SECTION ARE REASONABLE AND PROPORTIONATE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE BOT OR THIRD-PARTY CONTENT.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) TEN EURO (€10.00).

Nothing in this section excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Irish or EU law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify us and our developers against reasonable losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from a third-party claim directly caused by:

This section does not require a consumer to indemnify us for our own acts, omissions, negligence, or breach, and does not limit any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

11. Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe it is necessary because of a material or repeated breach of these Terms, abuse, security risk, unlawful activity, harm to users or connected services, capacity limits, or a legal or platform requirement. Where the issue is capable of remedy and immediate action is not reasonably necessary, we will attempt to provide notice and an opportunity to correct it. You may stop using the Bot at any time and server owners may remove it from their servers.

We may also be required to suspend or terminate the Bot's operation in the event that Discord Inc., Roblox Corporation, or any other third-party API provider restricts or revokes access. We bear no liability in such circumstances.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of the Bot arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: outages or policy changes by Discord Inc., Roblox Corporation, Rolimons, Rotector, or Top.gg; internet or infrastructure failures; acts of God; or any other event outside our reasonable control. In such circumstances, our obligations under these Terms are suspended for the duration of the event.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation before being referred to the courts of the Republic of Ireland. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights, dispute-resolution options, or jurisdiction protections available under applicable law.

14. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver: No failure or delay by us to exercise any right under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a genuine transfer, reorganisation, or continuation of the service, provided that doing so does not reduce any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Bot and supersede all prior agreements.
