1. Agreement to Terms
By adding RbxYz ("the Bot") to any Discord server, or by interacting with any of its commands or features, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developers of RbxYz ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Bot and remove it from any servers you control.
You represent and warrant that: you are at least 13 years of age (or have parental or guardian consent), and you have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.
2. Platform Compliance
- Discord: The Bot operates exclusively on the Discord platform and must comply with Discord's Terms of Service. We are an independent developer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc.
- Roblox: We retrieve publicly available data from Roblox APIs. Your use is subject to Roblox's Terms of Use. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.
- Rolimons: Trading features rely on the Rolimons API, subject to their terms. We are not affiliated with Rolimons.
- Rotector: Security and verification features rely on the Rotector API, subject to their terms. We bear no responsibility for the accuracy of data provided by Rotector.
3. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where reasonably practicable, material changes will be communicated via the Bot or our support server. Your continued use of the Bot following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
4. Third-Party Content & Safe Harbor
The Bot operates strictly as a neutral technical intermediary. We retrieve publicly available data solely at the express direction of the User. We do not initiate, select, modify, store, or curate the content retrieved.
All content moderation and legal compliance regarding user-generated content, group information, and related data is the sole responsibility of the respective platform operators (Roblox, Rolimons, Rotector). We expressly disclaim all liability for any illegal, defamatory, or infringing content returned by these third-party services.
5. Copyright & Intellectual Property
The Bot is intended solely for personal, informational, and archival purposes. You are exclusively responsible for ensuring you hold all necessary rights to download or reproduce assets.
We do not condone copyright infringement. We respond to valid notices of copyright infringement in accordance with applicable copyright law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the EU Copyright Directive as implemented in Irish law via the European Union (Copyright and Related Rights) Regulations 2021, as well as privacy opt-outs. Please contact us via our Support Server or by email at support@rbxyz.dev with full details of the alleged infringement.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Bot to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law, including Irish and EU law.
- Infringe any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Commercially resell, redistribute, or monetise any assets or content downloaded or retrieved through the Bot, including but not limited to Roblox clothing templates, audio, or group catalog items.
- Use data returned by security check features (including Rotector results) to harass, target, defame, or harm any individual or group.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data for commercial purposes.
- Transmit unsolicited commercial communications, spam, or malicious content.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, damage, or compromise the Bot or its connected APIs.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Bot.
7. Fair Use & Rate Limiting
The Bot is provided as a free service and its features, including the mass downloader, are intended for reasonable personal use. We reserve the right to impose rate limits, usage caps, or throttling on any user or server at our sole discretion, without prior notice, in order to protect the stability of the Bot and the availability of connected third-party APIs.
Users who systematically abuse the Bot's features — including but not limited to issuing excessive automated requests, circumventing cooldowns, or using the mass downloader in a manner that risks triggering API bans or rate limits from third-party services — may have their access suspended or permanently terminated without warning or liability.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE BOT IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE BOT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY THIRD-PARTY DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
9. Limitation of Liability
THE BOT IS PROVIDED ENTIRELY FREE OF CHARGE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT, GIVEN THE NATURE OF THE SERVICE, THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET OUT IN THIS SECTION ARE REASONABLE AND PROPORTIONATE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE BOT OR THIRD-PARTY CONTENT.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) TEN EURO (€10.00).
Nothing in this section excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Irish or EU law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our developers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of or access to the Bot.
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
- Your infringement of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Bot at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice and without liability. As the Bot is a free service, no refund, compensation, or other remedy is owed to you upon termination for any reason. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately.
We may also be required to suspend or terminate the Bot's operation in the event that Discord Inc., Roblox Corporation, or any other third-party API provider restricts or revokes access. We bear no liability in such circumstances.
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of the Bot arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: outages or policy changes by Discord Inc., Roblox Corporation, Rolimons, or Rotector; internet or infrastructure failures; acts of God; or any other event outside our reasonable control. In such circumstances, our obligations under these Terms are suspended for the duration of the event.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation before being referred to the courts of the Republic of Ireland. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
14. General Provisions
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver: No failure or delay by us to exercise any right under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms at our sole discretion without restriction.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Bot and supersede all prior agreements.
